Return And Exchange
At VICHITI, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide an excellent shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility:

Only defective/damaged products will be eligible for return/refund.
Your item must be unused or not opened and in the same condition as received. The item must also be in the original packaging.

Provide unboxing videos, photos of the damaged product, and the original packaging.

Proof of defects: If you do not have an unboxing video of the order and we fail to verify the cause, VICHITI is not liable for refunds/replacement of such products.


Timeframe:
You have 2 calendar days to return an item from the date of delivery.

Proof of Purchase:
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact our Email vichiti.com@gmail.com

The customer will bear the return shipping cost as well as the shipment cost for the exchange product.

Return Process:

Initiate a Return: Contact in email at vichiti.com@gmail.com. Provide your order ID, details about the item, and a reason for the return.

Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

Return Shipping:
In general, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the shipping charges associated with returning an item, unless the item was damaged or faulty when delivered.

Refund Process:
All refunds will be processed within 7 business days once the VICHITI team receives the order back to the warehouse as per the return and refund policy.
